I’m a Certified Eating Disorder Specialist, clinical supervisor, and consultant with over two decades of experience supporting individuals through the complexities of eating disorders, anxiety, trauma, and life transitions. My therapeutic approach is grounded in interpersonal therapy, which means I focus on the healing power of relationships—both the ones we have with others and the one we’re building together in the therapy room.
